Information and Help Desk
An information desk is available in the baggage reclaim area. Staff is readily available to provide directions and help passengers with taxi and shuttle services. Courtesy telephones are located in the baggage reclaim area and allow passengers to contact various hotels.

Money and phone:
The airport provides ATMs and postal services.
Eating and drinking: A number of restaurants, snack bars, delis, ice-cream parlours and bars are available at the airport.
Shopping: There is a Market Place, inside the terminal building, housing most of the shops and restaurants.
Luggage services: A lost and found service is available (tel: 512 530 7600).

Conference and Business Facilities
Wireless Internet access at the airport is available throughout all terminals and gates and is provided by Wayport (website: www.wayport.net). American Airlines' Admirals Club and Business Center (tel: 800 237 7971) provides members with a wide variety of business facilities, including seating for up to 150 people, fax machine, photocopier, computer and printer, and computer ports for laptops. It also has two conference rooms. Continental Airlines Presidents Club (tel: 512 530 1850) also offers conference and business facilities. There is also a Business and Technology Centre (tel: 512 530 7900) equipped to handle business transactions, foreign currency exchange and airline trip insurance. The Hilton Austin Airport (tel: 512 385 6767) offers a comprehensive range of business facilities, including 18 meeting rooms, a ballroom accommodating up to 800 people, and a fully equipped business centre.

Disabled Facilities
The airport provides disabled facilities, including elevators, disabled toilets, accessible ticket counters and tables, lowered airport directories and Braille signage. Parking spaces for disabled drivers are located either close to lifts or to shuttle bus stops; shuttle buses are suitable for wheelchairs. Wheelchair service is available to the aircrafts; passengers are advised to inform their airline of any special assistance, prior to travel. TTD phones are also available. Airport staff are trained in American sign language.
